Locations
Add and manage your restaurant outlets — one system, multiple venues.
1
What is this?
Locations represent your physical restaurants or outlets. Each location has its own stock, its own roster, its own POS menu, and its own P&L. But they all share the same ingredient list, recipes, and staff profiles.
2
What problem does it solve?
Without multiple locations, you'd need a separate KinDee account for each outlet. That means separate ingredient lists, separate recipes, and no way to see your total business performance in one place. Locations keep everything unified.

How to set it up
- 1Go to Dashboard → Locations
- 2Click Add Location
- 3Enter the name (English and optionally Thai), address, and mark it as active
- 4Save — you can now switch to this location using the location switcher

Pro tip
If you only have one restaurant, this is already set up for you. You only need to add locations when you open a second outlet or have a physically separate kitchen (like a central kitchen).
