What is this?

The Market List is your daily shopping list, generated automatically. It shows every ingredient that's below its par level, with the exact quantity to order. Hand it to your buyer and they know exactly what to get.

What problem does it solve?

Without this, your buyer relies on memory or a handwritten list from the chef. Items get forgotten, quantities are wrong, and you end up making two market trips instead of one.

How to set it up

  1. 1Go to Dashboard → Market List
  2. 2Review the auto-generated list — each item shows current stock, par level, and order quantity
  3. 3Print it or share it with your buyer
  4. 4After delivery, log the purchases in Add Stock to clear them from the list

Pro tip

Check the Market List every morning before your buyer leaves. It's only useful if your opening stock count is up to date — so do the count first, then check the list.
