Move stock between locations without losing track of it.

What is this?

If you have multiple locations (a restaurant and a bar, or two outlets), transfers let you move ingredients from one to the other. The sending location's stock goes down, the receiving location's stock goes up — everything stays balanced.

What problem does it solve?

Without transfers, moving stock between outlets is invisible to the system. Location A thinks it still has the product, Location B doesn't know it received anything. Your stock counts at both locations become wrong.

How to set it up

  1. 1Go to Dashboard → Transfers
  2. 2Select the source location and destination location
  3. 3Add the ingredients being transferred with quantities
  4. 4Save — both locations update automatically

Pro tip

Only relevant if you run multiple locations. If you have a single restaurant, you can skip this feature entirely.
