Inventory & stock

Available
A live, costed, multi-location inventory system that turns 'we think we're running low' into exact order quantities and surfaces shrinkage with a variance percentage.

What it does

  • Ingredient master: each ingredient has a purchase unit, a recipe unit, a conversion factor, and a weighted-average cost (WAC) that recalculates on every delivery.
  • Add Stock (deliveries): multi-row entry with total cost required; an alert fires if the entered price deviates more than ±15% from the current WAC.
  • Opening Stock (physical count): enter actual counts against the theoretical closing; variances beyond 5% are flagged red.
  • Waste tracking: log losses with ingredient, quantity, reason, and date; stock adjusts immediately and feeds the theoretical-closing calculation.
  • Transfers between locations with debit/credit and a reversible log.
  • Par levels & Market List: suggested pars from 14-day consumption history; auto-generated purchase list for everything below par.
  • Prep List: daily production guide at 1×/1.5×/2×/3× average daily consumption versus current stock.

FAQ

On each delivery, KinDee combines the current stock value with the new delivery cost and divides by the new total quantity. This keeps cost accurate as prices fluctuate without requiring manual updates.
