What it does

  • Records all significant actions with actor, timestamp, and detail: voids, refunds, discounts, comps, staff edits, leave balance changes, timecard edits, stock reversals, and more.
  • Includes automated cron jobs (nightly sync, daily email) so you can verify automation ran correctly.
  • Admin-only access — managers and staff cannot view or modify the log.
  • Entries are written server-side and cannot be edited or deleted from the UI.
