What if my Loyverse and KinDee item names don't match?

Use the POS item → recipe mapping screen to link Loyverse items to KinDee recipes manually. Once mapped, stock deduction works correctly regardless of name differences.

Can I run both while I switch over?

Yes — keep taking sales in Loyverse for an outlet still on it and import that history by CSV, while other outlets run the KinDee POS. Just don't run both for the same revenue stream at once, or sales would be double-counted.
