Q: When does the guest display show 'Ready'?

When the last **non-expo** ticket for an order is bumped to ready. Expo tickets are excluded so the board only updates once the kitchen has cleared the order to the pass.

What it does

Expo mode — a station flagged as expo receives every ticket across all stations; expo bumps do not trigger the guest display on their own, so the board only shows 'Ready' when all cook stations are done.
