Is this an automatic nightly connection?

No. It is a CSV import for bringing history in or bridging your switch-over. Once an outlet runs the KinDee POS, sales flow from the POS automatically with nothing to connect.

Export your sales data from Loyverse and upload that CSV to KinDee for stock-deduction processing.

Already on Loyverse? Import your sales history into KinDee by CSV so your inventory and P&L stay accurate while you transition — no double-entry. Once an outlet is on the KinDee POS, that POS is your live sales source.

What it does

CSV upload: export your sales from Loyverse and upload the file; KinDee aggregates per item (refunds subtracted), reconciles line totals to receipt totals, and deducts ingredient stock for mapped items.
Item mapping: a dedicated screen maps Loyverse items to KinDee recipes; unmapped items still record sales but do not deduct stock.
One-way: KinDee only reads the file you upload — it never writes back to Loyverse.

FAQ

No — the import records sales even for unmapped items. Stock deduction only happens for mapped items, so unmapped items appear in the 'Unmapped POS Items' count on the P&L dashboard.
