How do guests redeem points?

At payment time, if a guest is linked and a loyalty program is active, the cashier sees the points balance and can redeem up to the configured cap — applied as a discount on the total.

Can I see a guest's order history?

Yes — open the guest profile to see recent orders alongside their lifetime spend and loyalty summary.

What it does

Guest list with phone, name, visit-count badge (color-tiered), and last-visit date; search by name or phone.
Guest profiles store phone, name, email, birthday, notes, preferences, lifetime points earned/redeemed, and recent orders.
Link a guest to an order from the cover-count modal or the order info bar; their name and points balance appear inline.
Loyalty program config: activate/deactivate, set earning rate (points per ₭ spent) and redemption value (₭ per point).
Admins can manually adjust a guest's points balance with a required reason note.
