Bulk Price
Update prices across many items at once — percentage or exact.
1
What is this?
Bulk Price Update lets you change prices for many recipes in one go. Filter by category, choose to increase or decrease by a percentage, or set exact new prices. Preview all changes before applying.
2
What problem does it solve?
Without this, raising prices means editing recipes one by one. If you have 80 menu items and costs go up 5%, that's 80 manual edits. Bulk pricing does it in 30 seconds.

How to set it up
- 1Go to Dashboard → Bulk Price
- 2Filter recipes by category (or select all)
- 3Choose your action — increase by %, decrease by %, or set exact prices
- 4Preview the old → new prices in the table
- 5Apply — all selected recipes update at once and the POS reflects the new prices immediately

Pro tip
Run a small increase (3-5%) across the board when ingredient costs rise. Customers rarely notice small, across-the-board adjustments. It's better than one big jump on a few items.
