Price Levels
Happy Hour, Staff, or Member pricing — without duplicating your menu.
1
What is this?
Price levels let you create alternate pricing for any scenario — Happy Hour, Staff Meals, VIP Members — without creating duplicate menu items. Set a price level, override prices for specific items, then attach it to a POS menu.
2
What problem does it solve?
Without price levels, you either apply discounts manually (slow, inconsistent) or create separate menu items for every price point (double the work, cluttered menu). Price levels keep one item with multiple prices.

How to set it up
- 1Go to Dashboard → Price Levels
- 2Click Add Price Level (e.g., 'Happy Hour')
- 3Set override prices for the items that change during this period
- 4Go to Menus and attach this price level to the appropriate menu
- 5Save — when that menu is active on the POS, the override prices apply automatically

Pro tip
Staff meals are a great first price level. Set everything at cost (your food cost price) and staff scan their PIN to get the staff price. It prevents unauthorized discounting and you know exactly what staff meals cost you.
